Intelligent Design

Yes.The intelligent Design Theory states that certain elements in theuniverse including living things are better discussed by anintelligent cause instead of an undirected process. The theory helpsto determine whether the natural structures in the world are physicalor a combination of different features. Intelligent design is ascientific study program that helps scientists and scholars to gatherevidence in relation to particular designs in nature. The debate overintelligent design is broader as compared to that of Darwin`s theory. It is because most of the evidence for intelligent design theory isfrom areas not covered by Darwin. The evidence originates from threedifferent areas.

Thefirst evidence is in physics and cosmology. It explains that the lawsof physics that allow for life advancement indicates high levels ofcomplex and specified information. In addition, they state that thelegislation of the existing matter and space are determined thusproviding an enabling environment for the living of an advanced life. For instance, physicists insist that gravity is fine-tuned. It meansthat if gravity were slightly weaker, life would be difficult becausematter would have been dispersed rapidly controlling the formation ofgalaxies and planets. From the cosmology perspective, it is explainedthat everything that occurs has a purpose besides itself, and theuniverse existed first and therefore it has a cause.

Theother evidence is from the design in the origin of life anddevelopment of biological complexity. A scientist Bernd-Olaf Kuppersreveals that studies of the human cell have quantities of biochemicalinformation in the DNA. He states that the sequences are highlycomplex and structured in ways that help produce functional proteins.Further, he concluded that biology study complicate things that giveresults of having been designed for a cause. The theory uses themethods that other researchers adopt when conducting their research.Scientist identifies the intelligent design as a scientific methodinvolving a four level process that shows how features are designed. It includes observation, hypothesis, experiments and finally theconclusion. During observation, seeks to identifycomplex and specified information. The second level is hypothesiswhere the researchers tries to prove that an object designed mustcontain accurate information. Experiments are carried out to identifywhether the information needed exist. Finally, when the researchersrecognize that there are complexity and specific information aboutthe objects, they conclude that the structures were designed.
